Shipping policy

Nice Shrooms ships to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing
  • Tracking information is provided via email as soon as your order ships.

Free Shipping Free standard shipping is automatically applied on all orders over $50.

Order Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your package is shipped. You can track your order at any time using the link provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package is lost or significantly delayed by the carrier, please contact us at cs@niceshrooms.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace or refund the order as appropriate.

Incorrect Shipping Address If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs. We will happily reship the order once the package is received back and the additional shipping fee is paid.

Refused Deliveries If you refuse delivery of your order, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Refunds will be issued for the product cost only (shipping is non-refundable).
