At Nice Shrooms, we want you to love your purchase. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products.

Eligibility for Returns Returns are accepted only on unopened and unused packages. Once a product has been opened or used, it cannot be returned or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at cs@niceshrooms.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
  3. We will send you return instructions and a prepaid return label if eligible (or instructions to ship it back).

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Once we receive and inspect the unopened product, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Any opened or used products
  • Products damaged after delivery
  • Returns received after 30 days from delivery date
  • Any items marked as final sale (if applicable)
